US Sr. Credit Analyst to join our Popular Association Banking (Community Association) team in Miami Lakes, Florida. In this position you will be responsible for underwriting new commercial requests and renewals, including the bank's most complex requests. Performs annual financial reviews of existing commercial relationships.

In this position, you will:- Perform review of appraisals and real estate evaluations. Monitor and test loan covenants for existing credit relationships.
- Work collaboratively with Commercial Loan Officers and the credit department leadership to ensure that credit risks are identified and credited to credit approvers and loan committees.
- Ensure that all exceptions to the bank's lending policy are noted and noted that the proper level of approval is for all requests based on requirements in the bank's lending policy.
- Provide training and mentoring of staff for promotion and enhancement, developing enhanced independence in all aspects, particularly relating to more complex credits.
- Develop continually advancing portfolio analytics, including high loan to value (HLTV), policy tracking, and stress testing. When appropriate, make presentations to the bank's various loan committees.
- Contribute to recommendations for the loan loss.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's lending policy, as well as interagency regulations.
To be considered, you will need:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year college.
- Five or more years of commercial credit experience, preferably within a bank environment.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and legal principles underlying the bank's documents.
- Computer literate; fluency in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Experience in lease administration database, SAP system preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
