Sr. Creative Strategist - Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, Onsite)

Senior Creative Strategist who can turn consumer insights, performance data, and breakthrough ideas into advertising campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Why This Role Matters

The best creative strategies don't just capture attention. They change consumer behavior and drive revenue.

As our Senior Creative Strategist, you'll take ownership of creative strategy for a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands, developing performance-driven campaigns that connect consumer psychology, compelling storytelling, and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with Creative Directors, Media Buyers, Account Strategists, Copywriters, Producers, and Editors, you'll ensure that every creative decision is grounded in audience insights, brand positioning, and performance objectives.

You'll also help elevate the strategic capabilities of the broader creative team by mentoring junior strategists, sharing insights, and establishing stronger creative processes.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply follow advertising trends but understands why they work, knows when to challenge conventional thinking, and can consistently translate strategic insights into winning creative.
