Full Job Description
Position Summary

We are seeking talented, committed and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Primary Market Research (PMR) practice area as a Senior Consultant. In this role, Senior Consultants support the development of robust strategic insights for clients, spanning both qualitative and quantitative PMR projects. On each project, Senior Consultants develop research materials (discussion guides, screening criteria, surveys, stimuli, etc.) to address our clients' key business questions, work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch surveys and field interviews, analyze and interpret PMR data, and support presenting to project teams and clients. Their work is the base upon which our recommendations are ultimately grounded. Senior Consultants develop their skills through undergoing comprehensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their skills. Senior Consultants have unique opportunities to manage project work streams and provide mentorship to other junior employees across multiple teams.

Essential Functions
  • Draft materials for research (discussion guides, surveys, stimuli, etc.) to help address our clients' key business questions
  • Support team members as a workstream lead, both coordinating and guiding the work of more junior staff members and effectively communicating as a partner to project managers and leadership
  • Manage / work closely with programming and fielding partners
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative primary market research data to address the business objectives
  • Develop a highly visual and compelling PowerPoint presentation of the "story" and implications for our clients
  • Translate research findings into the "so-whats" for our clients
  • Aid in proposal development as needed
  • Mentor and train more junior staff members


Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, sciences, social sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or public health. Graduate training (Masters/Doctoral degree) strongly preferred.

Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in primary market research or consulting within the life sciences industry. Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies required.

Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $118,000 -$177,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
