Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with Epicor ERP expertise to support, enhance, and extend our Epicor environment. This role will focus on Epicor customizations, integrations, reporting, and business process automation, working closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders across operations, finance, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Epicor development experience (Kinetic), a strong .NET background, and a practical understanding of how ERP systems support real-world manufacturing business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Epicor ERP customizations using:
Epicor ICE / BPM
Customizations (Forms, Dashboards)
REST services and Service Connect (as applicable)
Develop and support .NET applications and integrations that interface with Epicor
Create and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and data extracts
Work with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support Epicor upgrades, patches, and migrations (including Kinetic)
Optimize system performance, data integrity, and security
Document solutions, standards, and development practices
Provide tier-2/3 support for Epicor-related issues
Collaborate with vendors and Epicor consultants when needed
