Overview
Who we're looking for
Toyota's Corporate Shared Services - Payroll Projects & Delivery Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sr. Analyst - Payroll Solutions & Delivery.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide project leadership for payroll initiatives, including data integrity, system testing, data-flow analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement across T&L and Payroll systems.
Reporting to the Manager - Payroll Solutions & Delivery, the person in this role will support the Payroll Services department's objective to maximize the effectiveness of Payroll systems by implementing projects to achieve their strategic business objectives.
What you'll be doing
Provide project leadership and subject matter expertise for T&L and Payroll systems.
Partner with North American sites and cross-functional teams to understand needs and implement solutions.
Gather project requirements and prepare, review, and maintain documentation and communications.
Track, forecast, and report project timelines, progress, metrics, risks, and challenges.
Identify process gaps, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements.
Develop and execute test plans and train end users on processes and system functionality.

Highly developed project management skills and the initiative to work independently, pursue answers, and deliver results with general guidance.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Proven experience documenting processes, interfaces, and data flows while safeguarding confidential information.
Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner
Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

Experience designing, configuring, and supporting workforce management, payroll, and HR platforms, including UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Pro, Workday, or ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with JIRA using scrum and agile methodologies
Extensive experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Pro, and payroll processes.
