Full Job Description
Position Purpose:

The Brand Advocate Sr. Analyst is a strategic partner to strategic suppliers, internal merchants, and cross-functional teams, focused on driving brand and category growth through data-driven insights and scalable solutions. This highly visible role is ideal for a curious self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems, communicating insights with executive presence, and delivering results across a matrixed organization. By leveraging a deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics, the Sr. Analyst will identify growth opportunities, craft strategic recommendations, and develop compelling presentations for senior and executive stakeholders. In addition to influencing decision-making, the role will lead the design of scalable analysis and processes that improve efficiency and impact across the broader Online Merchandising organization. This customer-focused role is also responsible for maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating cross-functional execution to ensure strategy translates into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 15% Collaborates - Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional partners to manage content changes, SKU presentation, and brand performance throughout the product's lifecycle. In addition, provides on-site support for product set-up, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
  • 20% Creates presentations - Creates and leads presentations with stakeholders to share project wins, analysis results, and to gain alignment on future opportunities.
  • 5% Mentor - Serves as a mentor across the organization by providing supplemental onboarding and training.
  • 20% Partnerships - Partners with stakeholders to build project plans that support strategic growth, drive incremental revenue, and improve the online experience to drive conversion.
  • 10% Process improvement - Offers industry expertise and acts as the subject matter expert for the supported assortment/category.
  • 5% System knowledge - Builds system knowledge and expertise through ongoing tailored, training classes.
  • 15% Tracks performance - Create project plans, gain alignment with merchandising/supplier and drive Tracks content performance, digital asset management, assortment opportunities via regular reporting.

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.


Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with major consumer brands in a fast-paced environment to drive sales, traffic, and conversion through agile, data-informed support
  • Experience with Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and/or Merchandising
  • Effectively manage multiple workstreams while maintaining consistent delivery and a high standard of quality in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling data stories
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Quick learner with interest in adopting new data tools including platforms such as SQL, Tableau, and Adobe
  • Deliver business impact through independent learning, strategic analysis, and curiosity-driven problem-solving that influences cross-functional decisions
