Full Job Description
As a Sr Account Manager in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.Are you in? Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role - Lead and drive targeted activities supporting the development of Tier1 / Hyperscale / Cloud OEM accounts. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders for key AI / Datacenter Verticals - Develop, foster and work with key business & engineering professionals to drive forward key AI Technology - Comprehensive understanding of Infineon's portfolio & technology to drive long-term alignment with strategic partners - Develop relationships within Infineon product groups, service organizations and headquarters; Stay current on Infineon's product offering - Understand customer systems and requirements to enable Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet customer needs - Own operational aspects of business taking new customer NPI programs to revenue, inclusive of contract management & value chain complexities - Execute and grow new revenue generating business opportunities; maintain sales pipeline & drive monthly forecasts to support internal operational planning - Manage the customer design cycles from beginning to end; including NDA's, pricing, engineering & customer EOL management Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - BS Engineering or MBA - 5+ years, with general understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing or industry experience in Semiconductors - English Speaking required, Mandarin as 1st or 2nd language helpful - Supply Chain, Quality / NPI Material Management experience is preferred - Customer facing experience required In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is: San Jose, CA - Minimum of $185,900 Salary per year/ Maximum of $255,600 Salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
