Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced SQL Developer with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL programming, relational database design, and performance tuning, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
Additional Requirements:- Skilled with building systems to system and systems to SQL integrations using the Microsoft technology stack: SSIS, .NET for custom API integrations, Azure Data Factory, etc.
- Working knowledge of data modeling and architecture with Microsoft SQL or Dataverse.
- Experience with object-oriented programming including C# is preferred.
Basic Job Requirements - Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Optimize existing queries and database structures for improved performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform data modeling, schema design, and documentation for new and existing projects. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and query optimization.
- Support ETL processes and contribute to data integration initiatives
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications - Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or Database Developer.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL. Strong background in relational database management systems.
- Proven expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
