What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help children develop the communication skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and throughout life.

Responsibilities include:
  • Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing skills
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals
  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover at home
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other members of the care team
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and a safe, child-centered therapy environment
  • Perform additional duties that support quality patient care
What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
Physical Requirements

This position requires medium physical work, including the ability to:
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds
  • Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds
