Qualifications

• Minimum of five years supply chain experience in the oil and gas industry; experience in LNG liquefaction facilities preferred.
• Extensive experience using SAP.
• Self-starter able to work strategically with minimal direction.
• Proven relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and operations processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct RFx and bidding processes for spare parts, focusing on risk mitigation and value maximization.
• Execute sourcing plans to secure supply and minimize operational disruptions.
• Lead initiatives utilizing sourcing best practices for efficiency.
• Handle contract administration, including purchase order and contract document management.
• Assist stakeholders in developing scope of work.
• Communicate effectively and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and challenge process deviations while monitoring supplier and contract activities for cost savings.
