Position SummaryThis position is responsible for capturing, editing and producing internal digital content for the Firm, and support the production of internal content. This role will also help the Digital Production team with the various tasks of video and photography projects.
The
Specialist,Digital Production reports to the Manager of Digital Production.
Duties and AccountabilitiesKey responsibilities for this role include:
- The specialist supports the planning, design, and production of digital learning media for the Technology Group. This includes centralizing production assets.
- Capture, produce, and edit new and existing multimedia content for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with other content and technical editors to trim shots, and edit, assemble and set lengths on video segments.
- Work closely with content directors (producers or stakeholders) to produce video content that aligns with the directors' vision.
- Upload video content to distribution servers.
- Convert media files.
- Transfer and upload video content to servers and distribution service.
- Help with media editing and duplication, which may include DVDs, CDs, VHS, and online distribution using both Mac and PC editing software.
- Photograph Firm's events and employees' headshots. Help editing digital images, as necessary, using editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Aperture.
QualificationsThe qualifications for this role include:
- 3 + years' hands-on experience in video capturing and editing, digital conversions, and working and handling audio/visual equipment.
- Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop,
- Advanced Knowledge of All-digital workflows and audio/video formats, Codecs, frame rates, etc.
- Experience with AI tools is preferred, especially with Synthesia
- Experience with online media formats, conversions, and distribution technology.
- College degree or relative work experience.
- Experience using E.164/H.323/H.320 & SIP protocols.
- Competent using both Mac OSX and Windows 7
- Experience on other creative software platforms is preferred (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Adobe Speedgrade, Adobe Audition, etc.)
- Team player who is ambitious and motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary RangeThe salary range for New York is $73,600 - $119,600.
