Role description
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with strong experience in requirements gathering stakeholder collaboration data analysis reporting and business process improvement The ideal candidate should have handson SQL and data warehouse experience along with Salesforce administration skills and a good understanding of modern data platforms and AIML concepts
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business requirements into functional specifications data requirements process flows and actionable technical requirements
Perform data analysis using SQL Google BigQuery and Teradata to identify trends issues and business insights
Develop and support data transformation and integration workflows using dbt and Informatica
Create data models mapping specifications validation rules and dataquality checks to support analytics and reporting requirements
Build and maintain business reports dashboards KPIs and operational metrics
Administer and enhance Salesforce including Flow Builder Reports Dashboards Validation Rules Data Loader user configuration and data management
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements automation opportunities and datadriven solutions
Collaborate with business data engineering CRM analytics and application teams throughout the solution lifecycle
Use basic Python for data analysis validation automation or dataprocessing activities
Apply working knowledge of AIML concepts to identify opportunities for intelligent automation predictive analytics and improved business insights
Support UAT data validation defect resolution documentation and production implementation
