Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (systems, electrical engineering, administration, or relevant discipline).
• Over 10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams in aerospace, defense, government technology, national security, or highly regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading organizations responsible for executing complex programs and delivering large-scale, strategic contracts.
• Strong understanding of program management, operational governance, systems integration, risk management, and delivering complex technical solutions.
• Recognized mobilizing leadership with a proven ability to influence leaders, strategic clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the execution strategy for SDS activities to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Lead the entire portfolio of strategic programs and contracts ensuring safe, compliant, profitable, and predictable delivery.
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams across engineering, project management, systems integration, operations, supply chain, and customer support to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish rigorous contract governance including risk management, performance tracking, critical issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to support strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and key client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, cybersecurity, quality, and safety requirements in highly regulated environments.
• Develop the organizational capabilities necessary for future business expansion while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
