Job Description: Technical sourcing/recruiting for multiple business groups and candidate types (e.g. Recent College Graduates, junior to executive Ievel, etc?); proficiency with online sourcing Techniques, tools and trends; proficiency with Microsoft Office, candidate tracking and database applications. TALEO experience is a plus. Responsibilities
* Manage an average requisition Ioad of 30-40 complex Technical positions.
* Influence/manage multiple - VIP stakeholders on appropriate actions to fill requisitions
* Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing Techniques to identify candidates
* Ability to data mine relevant job boards, databases, and search engines.
* Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
* Generate qualified candidates through Direct Sourcing - Via telephone, email, and/or social media connection.
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within Client's applicant tracking system.
* Screen candidates for avaiLability, interest Ievel, and job fit.
Qualifications
* Five Years relevant experience in Technical recruiting/sourcing (preferably corporate high-Technician)
* Demonstrated ability in screening for highly Technical positions and identifying candidate strengths and areas of development
* Proficient in developing complex Boolean search strings.
* Experience with Internet recruiting tools (not all inclusive):
*LinkedIn *Job Boards *Blogs *Twitter * At Ieast one year experience using an Applicant Tracking System (TALEO preferred)
* Understanding of software and/or hardware Tecnology, ability to read and understand Technical requirements. * Strong negotiating and follow-through skills
