About The Role

EliseAI is growing rapidly, and world-class technical talent is at the core of our success. We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help build out our engineering team in San Francisco by owning the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles. This is an opportunity to join early as we continue expanding our SF presence and help shape how we hire and scale that office location over time.

You'll partner closely with engineering leadership, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to identify and attract top-tier technical talent who want to build from scratch, solve hard problems, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture
  • Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles
  • Help grow and establish EliseAI's engineering presence in SF through local networking, events, and community engagement
  • Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Represent EliseAI's technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates
  • Ensure our ATS is up to date and use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting performance
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data and feedback from the team
  • Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed

  • Ability to quickly adapt and iterate on outreach and targeting strategies based on hiring trends and feedback
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $190,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
