Oracle Cloud Source to Pay Workstream Lead
Position Overview
Lead the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion Source to Pay solutions across Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management. This role combines hands-on Oracle Cloud product and process expertise with business process leadership, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client consulting.
What You'll Do
Serve as a hands-on expert in Oracle Source to Pay processes and products.
Lead business process workshops and advise clients on adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
Facilitate design sessions and help clients define solution-relevant processes.
Configure software according to approved solutions.
Manage workstream project activities, deliverables, risks, and issues.
Provide regular updates to Project and Program Managers.
Conduct stand-up meetings for the workstream.
Act as the escalation point for workstream risks and issues.
Collaborate with Change Management on activities such as training and stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate with Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration leads on workstream planning and configuration.
Partner with the Test Lead to support testing activities, including test planning and logistics.
Oversee end-to-end testing scenarios and lead deployment of the Source to Pay Oracle Cloud solution and related systems.
Support clients during all testing, production cutover, and post go-live phases.
Assist clients with data migration efforts.
Support technical teams with building, configuring, and testing integrations, data migrations, extensions, and reports involving Oracle and third-party or custom solutions.
Mentor and review work of less-experienced team members.
Required Qualifications
