Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in Procurement/Sourcing, ERP/P2P Systems, or B2B SaaS customer relation management.
• Experience leading global P2P or ERP implementations.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with product and engineering team collaboration.
• Ability to diplomatically manage stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable with software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for enterprise customers with a focus on meeting requirements and product configuration.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, building customer processes from scratch.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
• Manage projects proactively across multiple customers during onboarding.
• Delegate tasks to solutions and technical consultants.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize customer requests and set expectations.
• Continuously enhance post-sales processes to improve customer onboarding efficiency.
