Full Job Description
What you\'ll do as a Solutions Designer
Applies theories & principles of system design & engineering to develop solutions for customers at the point of sale & installation of new fire alarm systems
Provides consultation, system design/solution, estimating and scope of work of system design/solution during the sales process primarily for assigned account teams
Provides system design & technical support at the point of system installation for assigned account teams & other employees
Works with the respective Director of Technology in developing an effective sales demonstration presentation & sales demonstration room to effectively present their systems & technology solutions
Identifies new technologies, assess change manufacturers, identify software development strategies & review and improve customer lifecycle services
Attends various national trade & manufacturer conferences as directed by supervisor to maintain knowledge of technology
