Purpose of the positionSolution Owner is responsible for defining market requirements, deploying product strategy and supporting the development process for retail automation projects within North America. As a part of Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture team, it is a key point of contact for external stakeholders that will expand product culture, vision and knowledge within the region.
Key Responsibilities- Be the key point of contact for customers within the region interacting with customers at all levels (incl. C-level)
- Lead the discovery phase of the project together with the cross-functional team framing the needs and requirements
- Develop the regional solution roadmaps, propose and collect innovation initiatives on the due platform
- Drive mid- and long-term growth of respective products through MLOs (Marketing Led Opportunities)
- Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for complete solution portfolio within the region
- Keep and develop knowledge of competition positioning for benchmark
- Organize and keep updated the solution value proposition for the due platform by developing and running experimentation sessions / research
- Provide support to the sales team around solution proposals to the market in particular for RFI/RFQ/presentations implying deep systemic/architectural ownership/knowledge on due solutions
- Own internal and external solution communication flows (incl. customer demos, trainings, etc.)

Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA as an advantage)
- Proven product / business development background
- Consistent executive presence and communication skills
- Proven track record of creating and delivering roadmap items on time, scope and budget
- Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets
- Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environment

The base compensation range for this position is $79,300 to $95,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
