Veeva Systems has built the first modern cloud LIMS system, and we are hiring a Solution Consultant, LIMS for the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries, to confidently demonstrate its power and value to our global enterprise customers. This exciting, high-impact role sits at the true intersection of business and technology within the QC Lab, placing you at the forefront of LIMS and Quality Platforms.

As a vital member of the Veeva QualityOne Solution Consulting team, you will partner closely with our Strategy and Sales organizations to drive the sales process. Your primary focus will be leading customer-centric, value-driven demonstrations of Veeva LIMS within the Vault Quality Suite. Beyond LIMS, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your expertise by learning and presenting Veeva's broader Quality Cloud solutions, including Veeva QMS, Veeva QualityDocs, and Veeva Training.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to build cutting-edge skills with a first-of-its-kind application while shaping the lab of the future. At Veeva, you will collaborate with a passionate, growing team in an environment fiercely dedicated to employee and customer success.

What You'll Do

Solution Demonstrations & Technical Presales
    • Conduct Needs Analysis: Partner with prospects to uncover operational pain points and map out critical customer requirements
    • Deliver Compelling Demos: Configure and deliver highly relevant, high-impact product demonstrations of Vault LIMS and the broader Vault Quality Cloud Suite
    • Build Proof of Concepts: Lead collaborative workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and structured Proof of Concepts (POCs) to vividly illustrate how Veeva transforms a customer's business processes
    • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the definitive functional and technical expert for the customer throughout the entire sales lifecycle

Deal Support & Value Engineering
    • Craft High-Value RFP Responses: Support strategic, solution-oriented, and value-driven responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring responses are aligned with customer objectives and deal strategy
    • Apply Industry Insight: Leverage your direct QC lab or informatics experience and Veeva best practices to guide customers toward implementing modern, best-in-class solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Marketing Support
    • Drive Team Success: Collaborate deeply with internal, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer alignment and eventual success
    • Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist marketing efforts by recording product feature videos, presenting educational webinars, and representing Veeva at key industry events
    • Enable Sales Teams: Partner with account executives to train them on core LIMS functionality, product value propositions, and effective technical discovery techniques

Work Where It's Best for You

Work Anywhere means you can work in an office or at home on any given day. It's about getting the work done in the way and place that works best for each person. This applies across all locations and departments.

Work Anywhere does not mean work at any time. We have predictable core hours where employees are generally available for meetings and collaboration. Employees are focused and available during core hours.

We invest in our offices to make them places where our employees like to go. If you work in the office three or more days a week, you will have a dedicated office workspace. Our offices function as hubs to draw people in, create social bonds, and where random connections and mixing of ideas happen. We're investing more in offices, culture, and offsite meetings, not less.

Product teams are organized in regional product hubs for optimal collaboration and live within a time zone of their hub. Our current product hubs are located in Pleasanton, Columbus, Boston, Kansas City, New York City, Raleigh, and Toronto. We create opportunities for teams to get together in person regularly.

Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.

When an employee moves within a country it does not cause a change in salary. Where you live impacts you and your family. Not knowing if your compensation will change if you move can cause stress and uncertainty for everyone. We wanted to eliminate that.

Work at Veeva. Work where it's best for you.
