What you will do
- Translate business needs and strategic objectives into scalable, secure enterprise solutions across HR, Finance, Corporate IT, Cloud Services, Facilities, Legal, Security, collaboration, productivity, and data platforms.
- Lead architecture for complex, cross-functional initiatives, defining solution approaches, patterns, and technical direction.
- Design end-to-end solutions that balance business value, user experience, security, compliance, scalability, governance, and cost efficiency.
- Guide key architectural decisions throughout delivery, ensuring solutions remain aligned with intended business outcomes.
- Develop architecture artifacts including solution designs, integration patterns, data flows, APIs, workflows, and architecture diagrams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and recommend practical, responsible adoption opportunities.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, evaluate technology investments, and support build-versus-buy decisions.
- Communicate architectural recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and impacts to both technical and business audiences.
- Mentor technical teams, lead architecture reviews, and promote reusable patterns, standards, and best practices across the organization.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 6 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications architecture, or related senior technical roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple business functions and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in architecture modeling, business process and service design, data and integration architecture, API design, and non-functional requirements.
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and establish effective architectural approaches where limited precedent exists.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decisions and alignment without direct authority.
