PeopleTec is seeking a Software / Test Engineer II in Huntsville, AL, to plan, automate, and execute testing of an on-premise AI system supporting the H-1 flight simulator. You will independently evaluate software and AI model releases, work with the aviation SME and development teams during testing, and help identify and resolve problems.
Duties:
Develop test plans and procedures, execute factory and on-site testing, and document results and deficiencies.
Build and maintain automated tests for software, voice-command capabilities, and AI model performance, including regression testing.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
Preferred experience range: 2–5 years of software engineering or software testing experience using Python and at least one additional language such as C++, Java, or TypeScript. Demonstrated technical ability will be considered regardless of total years of experience.
