- Provide informal guidance to junior sales team members on deal progression and qualification where needed.
Reporting

PRODUCT AND INDUSTRY FIT:
- Functional understanding of AI-native architecture beyond agents: Ability to articulate the foundational AI concepts that make SCOS genuinely differentiated, not just as an agentic platform, but as an AI-native system grounded in structured intelligence. This includes working knowledge of Ontologies (formal representations of supply chain entities, relationships, and rules that agents reason over), Knowledge Graphs (how SCOS traverses connected supply chain data using semantic relationships rather than flat tables), and Semantics (how meaning and context are embedded into data so agents can reason, not just retrieve). Competency to explain why agents without a semantic foundation are brittle, and why SCOS's architecture, built on a living ontology that agents actively write back to, represents a fundamentally more powerful and durable approach than point-solution AI.
- AI agents as operational decision support: Ability to position supply chain agents as concrete operational tools: autonomous replenishment recommendations, dynamic safety stock adjustment, carrier selection optimization, and supplier risk alerts, not abstract AI concepts.
- Hyperscaler Co-Sell: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft co-sell opportunity. Understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft industry program co-sell motion and how SCOS fits within joint manufacturing and consumer goods for go-to-market plays.
- Senior buyer engagement across industries. Experience engaging senior buyers in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, and pharma. Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with economic buyers and operational sponsors simultaneously.
- Target Personas: Ability to articulate Supply Chain OS's value proposition to a Chief Supply Chain Officer, VP Planning, VP Logistics, COO and CFO. inventory reduction, service level improvement, logistics cost reduction and resilience against demand and supply shocks.
- Familiarity with the supply chain software competitive landscape: understanding of vendors such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, and Supply Chain OS's differentiation on agentic decision-making and Accenture's implementation depth.
- Familiarity with ERP competitive landscape: understanding of vendors such as Oracle and SAP and how Supply Chain OS's complements on agentic decision-making and Accenture's implementation depth.
- Understanding of the supply chain disruption narrative: geopolitical risk, single-source dependency, climate events and regulatory trade controls, and how AI-native platforms provide scenario planning and resilience.
