Responsibilities:- Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
- Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.
- Perform DB/Architecture design.
- Implement test scripts for backend API.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
- Implement scheduled call back related features.
- Design and implement service monitoring system.
What we're looking for:- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java; Java sprint Boot; AWS - Amazon Web Service; Restful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernetes; Database SQL; and Python.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
- Position does not require domestic or international travel.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
