ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

In this role, you will be the vital link connecting developers, sysadmins, project managers, and mission customers. You will design, build, and maintain custom plugins using the Atlassian SDK, engineer seamless API integrations, and automate administrative workflows with Python, Java, Bash, and PHP. Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible, modern CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI, and Docker containerization, you will turn manual friction into continuous, automated efficiency across complex enterprise environments. The annual base salary range for this role is $199,000-$235,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills

• Atlassian Ecosystem & SDK Development: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining custom tools, plugins, and services for Jira and Confluence using tools such as the Atlassian Plugin SDK.
• Core Software Development: Recent, proven development experience writing software in Python and Java, complemented by automation scripting in Bash and PHP.
• Linux Mastery: Strong proficiency working within the Linux CLI and utilizing native Linux tools for environment configuration and system tasks.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation: Hands-on experience applying IaC principles and automation tools like Ansible.
• DevOps, CI/CD & Containers: Applied knowledge of CI/CD methodologies using GitLab CI, combined with containerization experience in Docker.
• Version Control & Documentation: Solid experience using Git for source code management, branching strategies, and collaboration, alongside creating clear documentation for configurations, procedures, and system changes.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Finance/Economics, or a related discipline, PLUS 7+ years of specialized data analytics or financial intelligence experience OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 5+ years of specialized analytical experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 9+ years of hands-on intelligence analysis, financial tracking, and data discovery experience in lieu of a degree.

Desired Skills

Experience sustaining, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical applications deployed in production Linux environments.

Direct experience interacting with, supporting, or training external customers and end-users on newly deployed tools and platform enhancements.

Excellent technical communication, problem-solving agility, and a strong passion for collaborative engineering.
