Role OverviewFlexAI is looking for a
Software Engineer (New Grad) to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI infrastructure.
From day one, you'll work on
real product features that impact customers - not sandbox projects. You'll collaborate closely with a small, experienced team and learn by building across a wide range of technical challenges.

What You'll Do- Design and build highly reliable, resilient infrastructure products and features
- Work closely with developers, product, and customer-facing teams to solve real problems
- Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code
- Design and build APIs to drive existing and new platform features
- Build solutions with a high level of reliability, scalability, and security
- Debug issues and improve system performance
- 0-to-1 creation: Rapidly iterate - from idea to deployment
- Take ownership of features and drive them to completion
What You'll Need to Be Successful- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least one internship - ideally in a high-growth startup or infrastructure environment
- Strong coding ability in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or Javascript
- Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Others)
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, scalable code
- Familiarity with web applications or API development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and operate with increasing independence
- Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Contributions to open source, hackathons, or shipped side projects is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 150,000 USD per year (US)
