Position Summary:Healthcare Payments is the bank's first AWS hosted In-Production platform. We are looking for a Software Engineer with the skillset to support the expanding and revenue generating platform.
Responsibilities:- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
- Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
- Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
- Automates manual release activities
- Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
Required Qualifications:- At least 7+ years experience in Software Engineering with experience working in highly regulated environments.
- Proficient in C# and/or JAVA development, including Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Has experience in Test Driven development tools Jnit, Mockito.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down requirements and find efficient solutions.
- Experience building RESTful web services based applications.
- Strong hands on Database working knowledge with common RDBMS such as Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket and other build/deployment tools/process.
- Good interpersonal communication skills for technical and business conversations.
- Leadership qualities to collaborate in an environment with developers in multiple geographical location.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and able to work in a fast paced agile work space.
Desired Qualifications:- Ruby/Rails, Kafka, event-driven architectures, Docker, cloud migration and modernization experience, healthcare/payments/financial services domain knowledge.

Pay range
$102,900.00 - $179,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
