We are seeking a skilled, analytical, and results-oriented
Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support business operations and organizational growth. The Software Engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, IT professionals, and other cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-focused applications.
The ideal candidate has strong programming and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to producing maintainable, secure, and efficient software.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into effective software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs, databases, services, and third-party platforms as required.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
- Develop automated tests and participate in quality-assurance activities to ensure software reliability.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to scalability, security, and system reliability.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices that may improve products and engineering processes.
- Support software releases, deployments, and ongoing production operations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and communicate development progress, risks, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow established security, privacy, coding, and software-development standards.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional experience in software development or engineering.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C++, or Go.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and software integrations.
- Experience with version-control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
- Experience developing distributed, cloud-based, or high-volume applications.

Work EnvironmentThis position may be structured as a
remote, hybrid, or onsite role, depending on organizational requirements. The Software Engineer will collaborate regularly with technical and business teams through digital communication, project-management, development, and collaboration platforms.
CompensationAnnual Salary Range: $90,000-$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience, technical expertise, location, and qualifications.
The compensation package may also include applicable performance incentives, benefits, and other company-sponsored programs.
