Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong integration knowledge and hands on troubleshooting experience to investigate and resolve issues identified during end to end testing with vendors, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with integration platforms, managed file transfer tools, container technologies, databases, and ETL processes. The role also requires the ability to identify root causes and communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of system integration concepts and integration troubleshooting.
Hands on experience troubleshooting integration tools and platforms such as GoAnywhere, MOVEit, Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Red Hat Fuse, and IBM integration technologies.
Knowledge of databases and ETL processes, including technologies such as AWS PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
