We\'re looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a New York-based team of engineers who own several AWS SDKs. You\'ll set technical direction, keep operations healthy, and own the roadmap for your SDKs. You\'ll hire and grow engineers, balance new features with long-term maintainability and backward compatibility, and partner with sister SDK teams to ship features that span every language. This is a hands-on leadership role: you\'ll stay close to designs, code reviews, and operational decisions while you build a strong, sustainable team.
