Software DeveloperPay Range: $70,000 - $110,000/Year
What we're looking for:- Research, design, develop, test, debug, and document software for new and existing products, technologies, and applications.
- Diagnose software and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions and corrective actions.
- Perform software programming, code reviews, system and server architecture, device communication, testing, and debugging.
- Develop and execute test protocols; analyze operational, testing, and research data to support product performance and design decisions.
- Participate in projects from concept and design through implementation, testing, customer placement, and ongoing improvement.
- Apply programming skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, communicate project needs and deliverables, and support creative solutions.
What you'll do:The Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and documents software for new and existing technologies and applications. This role collaborates with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to develop and support Nova-Tech Engineering's products and equipment while contributing to cross-functional problem-solving.
Other key areas include:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong programming skills with JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.
- Experience with databases, servers, and systems including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, IIS, Git, Windows, and Linux preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative, professional, ethical, and respectful approach to working with diverse teams.
