Software Architect who will lead the technical strategy and vision, working closely with cross-functional, cross-product Architects and technologists to deliver key architectural capabilities, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of client systems.
You are an influential leader who demonstrates exceptional design abilities and engineering excellence. Your chief responsibility will be to build the automation strategy for the client's platform while maintaining a delicate balance between modernization and delivering business value.

We have many talented engineers who need a high-performance architectural leader to inspire, mentor, lead, and help shape their designs.
Job Responsibilities- Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail
- Identify and influence solutions to complex technical issues; build prototypes and POCs to promote new technologies and processes
- Lead by example, delivering high-quality code for critical sections of the product and/or platform; champion quality standards, performance, and scalability
- Provide cross-functional coordination, communication, and mentorship of less senior team members
Typical Qualifications- 12-14 years' experience in software engineering
- Proven experience building and deploying scalable apps using modern cloud platform technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, ECS, AWS Service Catalog)
- Expertise in modern object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, Perl, Java, Python, and JavaScript/React
- Experience automating provisioning of distributed services on public/on-prem cloud platforms
- Deep database experience - RDBMS and NoSQL
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud architectures and their real-world application
- Experience with AI - ML or LLM/Agentic frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with workflow and rule (DMN) engines is a plus
- Extensive Agile experience preferred
- Knowledge of health interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ANSI) and various healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, CDS) is a plus
