Job Title:Social Worker
Pay Range:$50-60/hour
Job Description:Up to $60/hour | Golden, CO | Full-Time & Part-Time | Position Details:- School Social Worker supporting students in an elementary school setting
- Jefferson County School District
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Starting August 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year
- Monday-Friday schedule
What You'll Do- Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
- Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed
- Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
- Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families
- Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Connect families to community resources and supports
What We're Looking For- Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Social Worker license/credential
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs preferred
