Role Overview:This role is for a Data Engineer with mandatory prior experience in Apple AIDP. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions primarily using Snowflake, alongside advanced SQL and Python.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement robust data solutions leveraging Snowflake architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries, including Self Joins, Cursors, recursive queries, Views/Materialized Views, and PL/SQL, with a strong understanding of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
- Perform advanced SQL performance tuning, especially when handling large datasets in the millions.
- Develop and maintain data processing scripts and applications using Python.
- Work with and implement Singlestore procedures.
Required Skills:- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer.
- Mandatory prior experience with Apple AIDP.
- Strong implementation experience with Snowflake, including a deep understanding of its architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Expertise in Advanced SQL, including SCD concepts, complex query writing, and PL/SQL.
- Proven experience in SQL performance tuning for large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Expert knowledge of Singlestore procedures.
- Understanding of Data semantics and data semantic models.
Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer.
- Prior Apple AIDP Experience is mandatory.
- Snowflake certification (preferably).
- Advanced SQL certification (preferably).
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud for deployment purposes.
