Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The candidate selected for this role will be a clinical and administrative nursing leader for the behavioral emergency department unit. This is a salaried position responsible for clinical and quality outcomes of the unit. In this role you will work collaboratively with the behavioral ED director and VP of behavioral health services and alongside the medical ED manager to lead teams in providing excellent comprehensive care to our patients. Together with other members of the leadership team, you will oversee supervision, scheduling, orientation, and evaluation of staff performance. You will support a positive culture that extends through the department and into the organization.

Job Requirements:
  • Current RN Maine RN License required

Comp Range:
$76,665.23 - $105,579.98
Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
