Job Summary:The candidate selected for this role will be a clinical and administrative nursing leader for the behavioral emergency department unit. This is a salaried position responsible for clinical and quality outcomes of the unit. In this role you will work collaboratively with the behavioral ED director and VP of behavioral health services and alongside the medical ED manager to lead teams in providing excellent comprehensive care to our patients. Together with other members of the leadership team, you will oversee supervision, scheduling, orientation, and evaluation of staff performance. You will support a positive culture that extends through the department and into the organization.
Job Requirements:- Current RN Maine RN License required
- BSN required Master's degree preferred
- Desire to lead team in acute care behavioral setting
- Collaborative positive team focus
- Experience in a clinical emergency and/or behavioral setting required
- Experience leading behavioral clinical nursing teams preferred

Comp Range: $76,665.23 - $105,579.98
