Compass Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Program Supervisor to lead our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Skagit County. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide both clinical and administrative oversight for a dynamic team supporting individuals in crisis across diverse community settings.
About the ProgramOur MCOT team delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services in the community-homes, shelters, schools, and beyond. We partner closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and other community agencies to ensure rapid, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes safety and client empowerment.
What You'll DoAs Program Supervisor, you will:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
- Ensure service delivery meets agency and regulatory standards.
- Monitor compliance with billing, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager on program operations and community partnerships.
- Deliver direct crisis services and support complex client cases as needed.
- Uphold standards of accessibility, equity, and client-centered care.
What You Bring- Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science field.
- Current WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.
- 2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families.
- Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
- WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to providing supervision).
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid WA Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).
