Program Supervisor - MCOT (Mobile Crisis Outreach Team)
Location: Bellingham, WA (Serving Skagit County)
Program:
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Wage: $78,249.60 - $110,682.92/year DOE

Compass Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Skagit County. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide both clinical and administrative oversight for a dynamic team supporting individuals in crisis across diverse community settings.
About the Program

Our MCOT team delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services in the community-homes, shelters, schools, and beyond. We partner closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and other community agencies to ensure rapid, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes safety and client empowerment.
What You'll Do

As Program Supervisor, you will:
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team.

What You Bring
  • Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral science field.
  • Current WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families.
  • Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
  • WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to providing supervision).
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid WA Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).
