The project involves renovation of an existing dormitory facility and includes coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, roofing, demolition, environmental, and finish work. The Superintendent / QCM will be responsible for maintaining field execution, quality control, subcontractor coordination, schedule awareness, and communication with the remote project management team.
