Site Operations Manager to join our team in

Site Operations Manager must be a hands-on operational leader who can set clear priorities, build accountability, solve problems quickly, and support teams in a rapidly changing manufacturing and technology environment. The right person should be professional, highly organized, data-driven, safety-minded, and able to lead cross-functional teams through daily execution and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:- Lead daily site operations for the Spartanburg, SC location, ensuring safe, high-quality, efficient, and reliable execution across production, facilities, materials, and support functions.
- Build and manage operating rhythms, staffing plans, shift handoffs, production priorities, and escalation processes that support smooth and predictable operations.
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, facilities, and safety teams to remove barriers, improve throughput, and support manufacturing scale-up.
- Monitor site performance metrics, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, equipment uptime, and employee engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement using practical problem-solving, root cause analysis, standard work, visual management, and disciplined follow-up.
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of site team members while reinforcing accountability, respect, and strong communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety expectations, quality requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as a key site leader during new product introduction, facility changes, process changes, equipment installation, production ramp, and customer or leadership visits.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of progressive operations, manufacturing, site leadership, production management, or industrial leadership experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for daily execution, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated experience improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, equipment uptime, and operational discipline in a manufacturing or engineered-product environment.
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, or operations leadership certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate priorities, performance, risks, and decisions across all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, labor planning, material readiness, equipment reliability, quality systems, workplace safety, and facility readiness.
- Ability to translate business goals into clear operating plans, daily management routines, and practical actions that support safe and efficient operations.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable working independently, leading through ambiguity, and partnering across disciplines to solve complex operational challenges.
