Minimal overtime on local projects. Travel assignments may require additional flexibility.
What You9ll Do- Lead up to - two concurrent projects across the West Coast
- Supervise field teams and subcontractors
- Program and commission access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
- Interpret and execute installation drawings and design specifications
- Update as-built documentation (PDF, Excel)
- Maintain government PIV credentials and clearance requirements as needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to TFZ9s high standards
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in electronic security system installation & programming
- Experience leading projects valued at $100,000+
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and system integration
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Professional communication and leadership skills
Certifications / Experience- Lenel OnGuard Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)
- Software House C3 CURE 9000 (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Certifications / Experience OR Ability to Obtain- OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)

Salary: $36.00 to $42.00 Your First 30 Days- Four weeks of hands-on onboarding with an experienced Project Manager
