Restaurant General Manager: Rosewood Calistoga Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Operations, the Restaurant General Manager leads a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Outlet Associates while collaborating closely with Culinary, Beverage, Sommelier, Spa, and Resort Operations teams to deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences. YOUR ROLE As Restaurant General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of one or more Food & Beverage venues at Rosewood Calistoga. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody Rosewood's relationship hospitality philosophy while driving operational excellence, financial performance, talent development, and innovation. Working closely with leaders across the resort, you will create memorable dining experiences that celebrate the distinctive character, wellness culture, and wine country lifestyle of Calistoga while supporting the overall success and reputation of Rosewood Calistoga. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE * Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional standards of service, culinary quality, presentation, and cleanliness. * Create personalized and memorable guest experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to relationship hospitality and Forbes-level service standards. * Drive revenue growth and profitability while effectively managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating expenses. * Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture. * Collaborate with Culinary, Beverage, Sommelier, Spa, and Resort Operations teams to deliver integrated luxury experiences for guests. * Build lasting guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. * Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to achieve financial objectives. * Serve as a passionate ambassador for Rosewood Calistoga while strengthening community partnerships and showcasing the best of Napa Valley. PAY TRANSPARENCY The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,500 annually. This is the pay range that the company expects to pay for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
