  • Log and track software issues using JIRA and engage in bug-review meetings.
  • Deliver scheduled reports and key metrics to leadership and customers.
  • Provide after-hours support as needed.

Job Title: SIGINT Operation Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Help military customers resolve hardware and software issues by providing fast and accurate technical and operational support.
  • Train customers on CACI software through chat, phone, in‑person sessions, or classroom settings.
  • Support system installations on customer platforms and at ground sites.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and train users on CACI products such as APERTURE, POINTGUARD, and GEOnet.
  • Maintain the readiness and availability of deployed systems using scripts, graphical tools, and the Linux command line.
  • Troubleshoot end‑to‑end networking issues to ensure tactical systems stay operational.
  • Support fielded systems through training, documentation, technical assistance, and mission planning.
  • Provide hardware and software support to both external customers and internal teams.
  • Log and track software issues in JIRA and participate in scheduled bug‑review meetings.
  • Test new software builds before deployment.
  • Deliver scheduled reports and high‑level metrics to customers and internal leadership.
  • Provide after‑hours support when needed.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, security, and support teams to meet program goals.
  • Travel to customer sites for installations, training, and test events.
  • Configure remote systems based on program requirements.
  • Deliver technical and high‑level demonstrations of CACI products



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active Top Secret (TS)/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with military SIGINT and ISR operations.
  • Basic experience with Navy surface or airborne cryptologic systems (SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, CCOP).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Current DoD 8140 IAT Level 1 certification (CompTIA Network+).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • Intermediate Linux command‑line skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.


Desired:
  • Advanced experience with Navy cryptologic systems (SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, CCOP).
  • Experience with Joint‑Service systems.
  • Experience operating or configuring DRT‑based equipment.
  • Advanced Linux skills.
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 certification (CompTIA Security+).
  • Bash or Python scripting experience.
  • Experience with GEOnet or POINTGUARD.
