What will you do?
Supervise,mentorand assistwith the development of technicians in the workshop
Monitor and manage OEM certification and Holman training for each technician
Maintaininventory and readiness of special tools and equipment
Partner with regional TDA toassistwith onboarding and career development for technicians
Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, Technicians, WarrantyAdministrationand clients
Maintainclose contact with OEM field technical service support personnel
Ensure quality control inspections and road tests are completed as applicable post repairs
Ensure adhesion to warranty policies and procedures
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Assign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirements
Manage team goals, metrics, KPI's, work volume
Effectively coach, give performance feedback andprovidedevelopment opportunities within own area of responsibility or department
Assistwith employee evaluations and goal setting
What are we looking for?
5-7 years’ experience in the automotive field as a technician
Experienced in service principles,conceptsand service department operations
Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
Current ASE Certifications
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Driving record or minimal violations

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees.
