- Build partnerships with clinical providers, community organizations, state and federal agencies, advocacy organizations, health care systems, and other stakeholders to improve access, coordination, quality, and sustainability of sexual and reproductive health services.
- Strengthen the capacity of DPH-funded programs and the broader health care system by establishing program standards, promoting evidence-based clinical practices, coordinating technical assistance and training, and expanding the reach of effective approaches.

- Lead grant development, funding proposals, procurement activities, and relationships with state and federal funders to support program sustainability, expansion, and emerging public health priorities.
- Evaluate program performance and population needs through data collection, in-person site visits, monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with evaluation partners to ensure investments are producing measurable, equitable, and high-quality outcomes.
