Responsibilities

• Operate sewer camera equipment during inspections and assessments.
• Conduct sales consultations effectively with residential clients.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to plumbing issues based on inspections.
• Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Document findings and prepare quotes in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Plumbing Install Department for seamless service transitions.
