Since 2004, Ascension Logistics has been solving Supply Chain problems using advanced technologies and a creative approach. With decades of experience, we've implemented top tier Logistics solutions (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan) for many Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for top talent to join our fast-growing organization to help us sell and deploy Execution-based solutions such as WMS, TMS, and WLM.

Position Overview

The Services Sales Executive's primary focus is to develop new relationships with clients who use Blue Yonder, Korber, or Manhattan. The Executive will also work to expand existing relationships with our internal clients and look to grow YoY revenue. The Executive will work alongside other sales reps and project teams to sell our tools and services to both new and existing customers. The Executive must have a strong Supply Chain or Logistics background and have prior Services Sales experience, ideally within the Blue Yonder, Korber, or Manhattan domains.

Essential Job Functions

• Utilize sales strategies to gain new clients and to maintain existing accounts

• Collect & analyze customer’s critical business needs and challenges

• Identify and qualify their budget, timelines, business issues and obstacles

• Determine prospect’s interest in our services and make appropriate service and product recommendations

• Build relationships with key decision makers and use professional experience to overcome objections and effectively communicate our value and propositions to them

• Participate in sales opportunity reviews and collaborate with the appropriate company leaders

• Achieve goals set by management

• Use independent judgment to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads

• Maintain communications within sales

• Actively manage and participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for marketing products to secure new accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in a software services sales team environment, preferably with Blue Yonder applications.

• Able to handle projects with minimal direction.

• Retail or Supply Chain experience is preferred but not required.

• Project Managers, Account Executives, and Solution Advisors are applicable candidates.

• Ability to build high quality sales presentations.

• Personable, outgoing, helpful, and able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner.

• Highly driven, detail oriented and able to solve problems

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to travel 25%.

• Ability to respond to RFPs.
