ServiceNow Presales Solution Consultant

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 7+ years working with ServiceNow
• 5+ years in presales or solutioning roles
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM, and App Engine
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and vector databases
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with large enterprise deals and complex RFPs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow presales for enterprise opportunities
• Translate business challenges into comprehensive ServiceNow solutions
• Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses
• Deliver executive-level workshops and solution presentations
• Demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and AI-powered workflows
• Architect AI solutions integrated with ServiceNow
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and delivery teams to secure winning deals
