  • Collaborate with functional and administrative teams to design automated workflows
  • Integrate third-party software with ServiceNow
  • Support and facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Advise teams on best practices for ServiceNow design and development

Job Description
  • Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management and Cloud Mangement ITOM modules.
  • Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
  • Solution and provide requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
  • Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
  • 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, PowerShell, Azure ARM API-s and ServiceNow ITOM modules
  • Develop and deliver customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using JavaScript


Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Preferred
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
