Responsibilities include:- Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application
- Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carry out migration of the changes to production
- Assist with technical design and documentation
Here's what you need:- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development
Bonus Points if you have:- ITSM experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Security+ certification
- Custom application development experience
- HRSD experience
- CMDB experience
- ITOM experience
- Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance:- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
