ServiceNow Architect

Our organization is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, including at least three years in a lead or architect capacity.This individual will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, optimizing platform performance, and leading complex integrations with third-party systems. A strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience working in Agile environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
• Define platform architecture, standards, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
• Oversee CMDB strategy, design, and governance
• Drive integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
• 3+ years in a lead developer or architect role
• Strong expertise in CMDB design and data governance
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Technical Skills & Tools:

• ServiceNow platform (multiple modules expertise preferred)
• REST and SOAP web services
• JavaScript, Glide API and ITIL framework knowledge
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
